The Manderson Group is led by Trey Manderson
Trey began selling real estate along Florida's Gulf Coast in 1998 and is now one of the top agents in Northwest Florida. He has ranked amongst the top four percent of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally for the past six years, and was recently named the top producing Coldwell Banker JME Realty agent in the Pensacola area for the second consecutive year.
Trey is well versed real estate professional, with credentials that include Certified Residential Specialist (CRS); Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI); and e-Pro Internet Specialist. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Mississippi State University.
A resident of Pensacola Beach, Trey has two daughters, 8 year old Claudia and 5 year old Nicole. He and his family enjoy many different outdoor activities, such as fishing, tennis, biking, jogging, and water skiing. When he's not enjoying the beautiful weather of the Gulf Coast, Trey devotes much of his free time to the community and is an active member of the Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church. Trey loves the Pensacola area, and truly believes there is no better place in the world to raise a family.
Jason Barnette - Marketing Director/ Sales AssociateAs our Marketing Director and a licensed sales associate, Jason offers an exciting and innovative approach to marketing real estate. He is skilled in use of many different programs, such as PowerPoint, PhotoShop, Publisher, AutoCad and various audio and video editing tools. Jason's design skills provide The Manderson Group with a competitive edge, enabling us to differentiate our clients in the marketplace and help them reach today's consumer.
Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences and minors in both Marketing and Business. He is a licensed Realtor in the State of Florida and has a wide range of experience; spending several years as an Audio/Video Editor at a top advertising agency in Atlanta and as an Environmental Specialist working with Florida's wetlands. A resident of Pensacola, Jason enjoys many outdoor activities from playing soccer to wakeboarding.
Donna Bogan - Client Care Manager
As a business professional, Donna has a very strong desire to provide our clients with first class, quality service. She applies a high degree of dedication when informing our clients of activity on their property and is always accessible to answer questions. Her commitment to the team effort and attention to detail routinely results in a smooth, well orchestrated closing.
Donna is a United States Air Force veteran who has served in our military around the globe. She has over 26 years of experience and knowledge in financial services and management areas. She has been awarded a Bachelor's degree in Resource Management and graduated Magna Cum Laude in her class. In addition, she has over 3 years combined experience in the local real estate and mortgage industries.
